Returns are accepted on all unworn or unused goods in the original packaging within 14 days of  the delivery date - sale items are not excluded from this. Shipping charges will only be refunded should the item be damaged.

We do not accept returns on personalised goods or hygiene items (such as underwear), unless its is faulty.

We ask that you please use a trackable, insured method of return shipping as we are not responsible for packages lost en route.

 

Once the item is received, we aim to process your return within 14  days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on any goods that do not meet our return standards.
